What Is Kundalini Yoga ?

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Its power comes from the Kundalini, an enormous reserve of untapped potential within each of us. It is normally depicted as a coiled or sleeping serpent, located in an area towards the base of the spine.

By gradually and safely awakening this serpent and employing its power, you will benefit greatly from an elevation in consciousness, promotion of physical well-being and an expansion of awareness. He is a master of Hath yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Philosophy etc.He is an RYS 200 Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance. He is a well-known expert in the yoga philosophy.

He had been Yoga Instructor for several years and travelled far to teach yoga such as China, Hongkong, Middle East etc. In addition he had been regular participant of “NATIONAL SOCIAL SERVICE”, “HEALTH AND YOGA”, INTERNATIONAL YOGA FESTIVAL etc.
